  • Outcomes & Reflections

Working within the constraints of an existing product used by real customers, I knew that sweeping changes weren’t feasible given development bandwidth and business priorities. Instead, I focused on identifying high-impact yet low-effort opportunities to improve the user experience.

I started by addressing key pain points in readability and clarity. Typography was updated for better legibility, and I applied a more vibrant and modern color palette to make the interface feel livelier and more accessible. I restructured the layout to present information more clearly, introduced improved spacing and visual hierarchy, and streamlined crowded screens into more focused, task-oriented views.

Beyond visual changes, I also rethought parts of the navigation structure to reduce friction, enhanced form elements for consistency, and introduced subtle but meaningful functional improvements to support daily workflows.

As a result, users reported a smoother, cleaner, and more approachable experience, noting that the system felt easier to use without needing re-training. Internally, the project gained praise for balancing design improvements with technical feasibility—a critical factor in enterprise environments.

In parallel, I spearheaded the design and production of eLAMBS' first-ever public-facing marketing assets, including a landing page and social visuals. These efforts helped strengthen brand perception, support vendor onboarding, and drive visibility across key channels. While not formally tracked, internal teams noted noticeable increases in traffic, engagement, and platform sign-ups during the launch period—indicating the campaign's positive impact.

Ultimately, this project taught me how to deliver practical, high-leverage design improvements in legacy systems, and how thoughtful UX and brand communication can work hand-in-hand to support both user needs and business growth.
